Pricing & Revenue Share

Do I pay any upfront fees to work with Ordior?

No. Ordior doesn’t charge upfront fees. We operate on a revenue-sharing model, meaning we only earn when you do. Every opportunity is assessed individually, and our cut reflects the work involved—fair, transparent, and aligned with your success.

How is the revenue share determined?

Each case is unique. We consider the size of your catalogue, the administration complexity, and your market potential. Once we assess everything, we structure a deal that’s performance-based and scalable.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not. What you see is what you get. We cover all back-end systems, infrastructure, and admin—the goal is to make your royalty income grow, not charge you for breathing.

Compatibility with Other Services

Can I use Ordior alongside a distributor like DistroKid or TuneCore?

Yes! Ordior integrates smoothly with all major distributors. We’re focused on publishing, rights management, and royalty collection. Your distributor handles distribution; we make sure you get paid everything you’re owed.

What if I’m already with a PRO or another admin company?

No problem. Your PRO collects domestic performance royalties. Ordior complements this by collecting globally, chasing mechanicals, sync, digital income, YouTube, and more. If you’re already with another publishing admin company, we’ll advise the best way to transition and avoid overlap.

Royalty Collection Timeline

How far back can Ordior collect royalties?

In most cases, we can collect royalties from the past 6 years, depending on the territory and your current rights status. We’ll do the forensic work and fight to recover what’s rightfully yours.

When can I expect my first payment?

Once we onboard your catalog and complete global registrations, royalties typically begin flowing within 6–12 months. Each case varies depending on your back-end data and existing registrations—but rest assured, we chase every stream and cent from Day 1.

Rights & Ownership

Do I keep ownership of my songs?

Yes, 100%. Ordior does not take ownership of your copyrights. You retain full creative and legal control. We simply act as your global royalty engine and rights administration partner.

Can I still sign sync deals or work with other partners?

Absolutely. We often help you license and secure syncs ourselves, but you’re free to pursue your own deals. All we ask is that we’re kept in the loop so your rights stay clear and monetized properly.

Why Ordior?

What makes Ordior different from other platforms like Songtrust or CD Baby Pro?
