From Kingston stages to global boardrooms, Tyehimba Kafele has lived and breathed the entertainment industry her entire life. Born into a family with deep connections to Jamaica’s reggae movement, she began her career at just six years old, appearing in advertisements and hosting local TV programs. By eight, she was dancing & modeling professionally at multiple events, a stepping stone to a career that has spanned music, media, and global business development.

A qualified Photographer, Producer, and Certified Recording/P.A. Engineer, Tyehimba founded Entertainment Management & Marketing Consulting Services in Jamaica in 2000, representing international publications and shaping the careers of some of the island’s most influential artists. Her journey since has been marked by a relentless passion for building bridges between local talent and the world stage.

In 2016, she joined DJ Central Records ASIA and Reggae Central Records USA, heading up A&R and Business Development for the entire Caribbean. She has since worked closely with Blue Pie Records and ORDIOR, where she brings her trademark combination of creative vision and strategic execution. Her role now extends globally with Reggae Central TV and ORDIOR’s worldwide platforms, driving new growth, talent discovery, and market expansion across reggae, dancehall, and Caribbean music.

Tyehimba’s philosophy is simple but powerful: “I don’t believe in luck – I believe in creating your own opportunities”. That mindset has earned her a reputation as a marketing innovator, a trusted artist developer, and a cultural ambassador for reggae.

Today, she’s steering international campaigns, pioneering digital & print on demand merchandise, managing logistics, curating artist rosters, and helping ensure reggae remains a global force.
