It wasn’t that long ago when we reported that Key Loch’s smash single “Where Is The Love” was receiving rapid attention on Spotify. But now we’re here for the heavy hitting sequel to this track’s first success – “Where Is The Love” has well over half a million plays across all platforms, and it just keeps rising and rising! Just three weeks ago at the time of writing, the track was sitting at a respectable 145k on Spotify specifically. How much is it now? Just look at the title of this article! 163k! 163,621 plays, to be precise. And just at the start of this week, it was at 161k! Factor that in with all the other platforms that the track is featured on, and you have a number that sits on the greener side of half a million, and is rapidly rising further and further! THAT’S what you call a killer track!
The world has been swinging their hips to this mo-town jam, and the good old days are coming back strong for the genre. Also receiving attention is “Come Home To Me”, Key Loch’s second outing, which we also raved over recently!
This track really closed 2020 out on an emotional note. With a passionate and catchy bang, 2021 began with Key Loch’s “WHERE IS THE LOVE?” It certainly seems that this has left quite the impression, as we can clearly see. That’s why Ordior has prioritised protecting this incredible track. With emotional passion like this, it’s important that this music be allowed to grow and help reshape the world from its miserable current circumstances! Now, any copyright or royalty management issues that occur as this song finds its roots online will promptly be dealt with. Ordior is here to ensure that the passions of musicians and producers like Key Loch aren’t wasted. Rest assured that Key Loch and the other artists we work with will be adequately compensated for the time they’ve spent working hard on the songs we support… and that their songs are proudly legally protected. Key Loch found the love, and it’s come home to us at Ordior too! WE CAN HARDLY WAIT FOR THE MUSIC VIDEO, WHICH IS IN THE WORKS! Watch this space because we’ll be supporting the video with all we’ve got, too!
Key Loch are Damien Reilly and Justin Gross. They are the founders of the 90’s power Aussie Rock Band Southpaw www.southpawmuzik.com. They bring together a production history between them of 50 years of song writing and playing live music in Australia. And this time, the duo are featuring a third member to their killer ensemble, that being Avery May Parker! A sweet and soulful performance in every lyric, Avery’s voice and Key Loch’s expert playing guarantee that every time you listen to “Where Is The Love”, it’ll hit you right where it counts.
This album is a modern love letter to the mo-town smash hits of old, and that’s clear to see from the cover artwork, done by our very own Chloé Ruiz. The passion in this work is clear to see, not to mention the fact that Chloé took the vibe and ran with it! They don’t make covers like this any more, and it takes a proper mo-town throwback like this to bring it all together! And the world agrees, seeing how well they’re doing… and the fact that internet radio can’t get enough of them or the rest of the overall catalogue that Ordior supports! Plus with “Where Is The Love” tearing up community radio with MCs Pyrite and Mighty, it’s pretty clear to see we have a true new cult classic on our hands, and we can’t wait to see how it blooms!
The future is bright and Key Loch are wearing shades as they unlock the musical doors of your mind and fill it full of great music. This is the beginning of something amazing and the world can never have enough of GREAT music.
